When you buy: your name, phone number and class. When you write to us: your name, phone number, optional email and your message. We also keep your order details (subjects bought, amount, and the Razorpay order and payment IDs). For spam protection we record your IP address when you send a message through the Contact Us form.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

3. How we use your information

To process your order, deliver your PDFs, let you download them again from "My Orders", answer your questions, prevent misuse and spam, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with Razorpay (to process payments), our hosting provider (which stores our website data), and authorities if the law requires it.

We use a small cookie to help keep download links secure. Razorpay may use its own cookies during checkout. We do not use cookies for advertising.

We keep order records for as long as needed to give you access to your purchased PDFs, handle payment disputes and keep accounts.
